豊臣秀吉の正室・北政所の甥にあたる桃山歌人・木下長嘯子が陰棲の地であったことから古事にのっとり造られた草庵形式の茶室です。

This is a teahouse constructed in the rustic soan (grass hut) style after records in early writings which describe when the location was the retreat of Kinoshita Choshoshi, Momoyama waka poet and nephew-in-law of Toyotomi Hideyoshi.
